We would like to thank to all our customers for choosing IceWarp. We have been committed to providing the best quality products and services for over 15 years and we want to ensure you that we will do whatever it takes to meet your specific needs.

To fulfill this commitment, we would like to inform you that by the 22nd of October 2017 our support systems that are currently running on Kayako and Zendesk together will continue to work only with Zendesk.

Please note that due to the update all future service requests will have to be submitted via an application form available at IceWarp Support Web


Any service requests sent directly to our emails will not be processed.

This does not apply though to any ongoing service requests or quality of our support.
